color code for resistors




The resistance are manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes. In the largest, the resistance value is printed directly on the body of the same, but in the smaller can not be done. On these strengths are painted bands of color. Each color represents a number that is used to obtain the final value of resistance. The first two bands indicate the first two digits of the resistance value, the third band indicates how many zeros you have to increase the value above to obtain the final value of resistance. .
The fourth band indicates the tolerance and if there fifth band, it indicates its reliability.
