And is that according to Paul, most efforts have focused on monitoring the speed using radar and monitoring of all types, neglecting other factors of utmost importance as in this case the control of the state of roads.
I find strangely familiar with this situation we have in Spain, but with important differences, because in Spain we have never enjoyed good roads, free of charge of course, much less have had the best roads in Europe. But we have started the race to be among the first countries with more radar speed and penalty points to reduce the number of deaths on our roads ...
The main problem in building better roads, in my view, is that no profit out of them, upside down, and that expenditures generate spending and not make a profit to Mr. Navarro does not suit him a lot .. . just like to put a radar!
